Consistent with Florida state regulations and commercial mobile mechanic industry standards, all services rendered by Onsite Diesel Solutions are considered final upon completion and acceptance of the work onsite. Payment is due at the time of service unless a prior commercial fleet account agreement has been established. Due to the emergency nature of mobile dispatch, diagnostic fees and minimum service call charges are non-refundable once a technician has been dispatched, regardless of whether a full repair is executed. Any warranties on parts or labor will be outlined in your specific service invoice; refunds are generally not issued for completed labor or installed parts.
